Nano: Day 19 – Sex & mugs & rock & roll
After some unexpected scenes and ANOTHER dream sequence (they do pull the story together, honest guv!), I’ve already made today’s word count. With a few hours of writing time left tonight I’m hoping to get ahead.
I even had to write a sex scene…
*sob*
Don’t know where that popped up (giggedy) from, it just came (giggedy) out of nowhere! Thrust into my lap (gigg-e-dy) for me to fiddle with (giggedy goo!) until I was satisfied (awwwright) with it.
Ok, enough of that, I’m spent.
Tomorrow is another regional meet and I’m hoping I’ll be able to make it. I never ended up going to any last year and have so far avoided them this year…I’m not good with people!
Since I don’t have a laptop I’ll be scribbling away in my notepad, which I don’t mind but it is a bit annoying I can’t figure out my word count.
At least I can take solace in giant mugs of coffee…mmm caffeine!
Anyway, just because I’m up to date with the daily word count doesn’t mean I can turn into a slacker! Mr. Strickland wouldn’t allow it…
I’m off to crank up the volume on Planet Rock and tap away on the keyboard to some kick ass rock and roll…
