Giddy Giddy Gumdrops
Two pieces of flash fiction submitted for an anthology, 1,500 words written for a twisted short story and some more ideas scribbled down for my proposed NaNoWriMo novel. Not bad for a weekends work, even if I do say so myself.
I’m getting a lot more excited about NaNo now it’s getting closer. I’m going to try and make it to the regional kick-off party, which will be nice. Hope everyone is as excited about it as I am (otherwise I just look like a loser). I’m going to try a lot harder to ‘win’ this time round, although the 26,000 words I managed last year hardly made me a loser! If I can manage at least the same as last year I’ll be happy.
I’m also really excited about this short story I’m currently writing, it’s dark humour so I get a chance to be disgusting but in a ‘funny way’ 😀 Prepare to ‘ewwww’ lots when you read it people 😛

I'm doing NaNo for the first time this year. Gulp. I'm also hoping to make it to the regional meeting but only if I can get someone to cover my shift at work. You can find me under shatnerstupee.
