Nano: Day 15 – All downhill from here?
Sunday night: 8ish – 15,683 words, so far behind it’s not funny.
24 hours later? 22,342 words. Yippee!
6,659 words in less than 24 hours.
That’s four days work in one! Or as I like to look at it I’ve done the work of four men…grrr *flexes muscles*
Or I suppose the work of four women, or one man and three women, or two men and two women, or four monkeys (but they’re too busy trying to bash out the entire works of Shakespeare to be concerned with zombie novels). Anyway…you get the point!
It’s the halfway point guys; by midnight tonight we should all have 25,000 MINIMUM!
I’ve already congratulated/shouted at people that have already made it past the halfway word count. You guys are amazing/bastards 😀

Wow, that is amazing progress! I am really really really behind but I am still plodding on, and plan to keep going until the end of November, even though it is now saying I should just about finish on the 2nd/3rd January…
That is a true inspiration for pressing on with the writing though, as I am now feeling all kinds of guilty for not keeping up. I'm off to get myself a cup of coffee and start tapping away on the laptop!
