Short Story update
I submitted my latest short story attempt a few hours before the deadline last Friday and within 24 hours had my response. Unfortunately it was a negative response. Too many stories with a similar premise had already been accepted for the antho.
On the plus side there were positive comments about the story and I can take heart that it wasn’t rejected on the quality of the story.
I’m already planning which anthology to submit to next and will be starting a rough outline today when I get chance.
Onwards and upwards!
I like rejections, get enough of them it makes the acceptances all the more sweeter.

It's one of my ambitions to get at least another 100 rejections…what does not kill me, makes me a stronger writer, ey? 😀
